Research with purpose.

I am an independent consultant specialising in community-based research and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL).

I imagine a world that is just, peaceful, and equitable. I believe that such a world cannot exist without shifting power — from Global Minority to Majority, international organisations to people-centred collaborations, board rooms to community centres.

This requires listening differently through research that empowers, engages, and is led by communities.

My goal is to utilise community-based research to shift power, change narratives, and advocate for real change. I walk alongside organisations that recognise the need for structural change in the pursuit of a better world.
